I recently acquired a 86 rx7 with some mods, I am in the process of trying to get it running. I have the microtech lt10 ecu, i have plugged in some base maps but they seem to still be overfueling, i have added and subtracted fuel but it wont quite start. It has stage 2 port s5 with 750cc primary and 1200 secondary injectors.

The best thing you could do, if you have access to the stock parts, is get it running using stock fuel injection stuff. This will let you know the health of the engine internals, and once you're sure everything else on the car and engine works as necessary, then you can try to sort out your issues with the custom fuel injection setup.
Just walking into a custom EFI setup is not a user friendly thing to do and is probably above most people's heads to do it properly right off the bat.

Please explain the starting problem you are having.
Does it start and then stall?
Or does it just crank and crank and crank?
Or does it flood out?
There are multiple maps that effect the startup. The main matrix table, then the cranking table, and as well the water correction table.
