Your car was produced prior to OBDII and programmable ECUs. Unless your car has an aftermarket computer, it is not easily reprogrammed. Your options are:
- Reflashed ECU (Rtek, Redom, etc.)
- Piggyback ECU (S-AFC, eManage, etc)
- Standalone EMS (Haltech, Microtech, etc.)
- Or simply fix the problem(s) so the stock ECU works properly

Any local Microtech tuner should be able to tune your engine, and they will have their own dongle. It is probably better to have a rotary shop tune it if you can find one near you.

You can also order the dongle from a Microtech dealer. They are about $100.

What you are looking for is a tuner. Get in touch with the guys at IRP in NJ and they can hook you up with their tuner. I can't remember if they use Enzo.

There is also a stickied thread in the Regional section for the tri state area on the topic:
https://www.rx7club.com/ne-rx-7-forum-30/northeast-rx7-tuner-list-comprehensive-tried-true-733557/

Turning wrenches and having the knowledge to SAFELY tune fuel maps are not the same skill set.
