ok i have a question to anybody who can answer i have a 93 rx7 and was told that putting 2 cycle oil in the tank before fill up with lengthen the life on motor is this tru

What they are referring to is pre-mixing.

The car comes with an oil metering pump that already injects oil into the combustion chambers to lubricate the apex seals as they run through the rotor housings. If that is working, then adding more oil isn't really going to help much on an otherwise stock or mildly modded car.

Read the 3rd gen FAQ thread and look for the link on pre-mixing.
