New FD Owner Q's

I just bought a heavily modded 93 RX7 and while I've been reading the FAQ's, there are a few issues I'd like some guidance on. I'm not new to turbo imports, but the rotary makes me nervous..especially hearing about the apex seals. I will be checking out the Newbie and FAQ section, but maybe someone can point me to the right direction with these issues. First the engine bay:



1.) The passenger window switch doesn't work. I'll pull it out and check for continuity in the wire harness, but is this a common issue??

2.) The car has died once when I push the clutch in to stop at a stoplight. This used to happen in my DSM with an aluminum flywheel, and somebody told me it happens to rotarys also when the revs drop too fast. I dont know, probably an idle adjustment issue.

3) The A/C and PS was taken out. With the current turbo/IC setup I wonder if it will fit back in? I'll be researching this.

4) O2's at cruise are about 12:1...way rich compared to what I tune my DSM to. I can smell it too. O2's at WOT (11 PSI running off the wastegate spring) are a mild 10.6:1 . What do you guys usually tune to?

5) Lastly, what is the base fuel pressure supposed to be set to for these cars? I'm also identifying the fuel injectors, as they aren't stock.

6) Lastly, is there a forum that deals with the Apexi Power FC? The PFC forum doesnt look like its about the Apexi Power FC, am I wrong? I have a nice little netbook I tune my DSM with. Looks like I'll be loading up the Apexi software and learning that too.

I can take a crack at a few of the questions, but my area of expertise is FCs.

2) Idle issues, light flywheel, or a combo of the both sound plausible.

4) If the power FC can go into closed loop, cruise should be 14.7:1. You should still be able run around 13s without issue. 10.6:1 at WOT is on the rich side too. I know some like to tune into the 10s, but others prefer low 11s. Especially at only 11psi.

5) Fuel pressure specs will be in the factory service manual (FSM). I believe it's the same as an FC, which is ~40 psi at 0 manifold pressure & 1 additional psi for every lb. of boost.
