Fresh rebuilt streetport with 3k miles by Poncho Performance of Pittsburg KS (have receipts)

The bad:
The car has an idle surge in Park and Nuetral. It stops as soon as you put it in gear. Could be a vacuum leak? Car doesnt ever die it just surges from about 1300 rpm to 1600 rpm.
A/C works but just blows hot air. Needs a charge.
Drivers seat is worn. Needs redone.
Needs rear bumper repainted due to sun fade.
couple light scratches and rock chips
Will give a puff of smoke on start up. I was told all RX7s do this because they inject oil during cranking. Not sure if that is true its just what i have been told.
