so the engine was just rebuilt 400 miles ago and the previous owner said they "welded the omp open so it just dumps in a ton of oil" is there an easy way to reverse this or should i just remove it all and run premix? he said the shop told him the break in period was 1000 miles and not to go over 5k rpm. what's your guys take on that?

i'm actually starting my 2nd and final year of auto tech school and am very knowledgeable about cars in general and have every tool etc at my disposal, but am new to rotaries.
