New 3rd Gen Owner Now What?
Well folks I finally landed my first 3rd generation RX7. Here is a link to the ad.
1994 Mazda RX-7
I happen to snag this one for 12K. I am really new to the rotary world but I did some research and thought this was a good buy witha freshly rebuilt engine and a few nice add ons......
really looking for body kit and wheels to match. There are a hundred combinations but my limits are a couple grand or so....
Any ideas guys?

Your ideas can stem from looking at other Cars that people have up in the Build sections,or even the For Sale sections.
Frankly that is where I get the inspiration to make the car I have look better.
When Guys post pics of their car with a certain look, that I like,I start Buying stuff!
..Budget is usually a "good thing to Stick to"..BUT it gets tossed out the window if you REALLY Like the look!..(do not say I didn't warn you!!!)

FWIW, looks like the previous owner pulled the intercooler he was running and stuck the stock one back in before selling it. Too bad. There was likely more aftermarket parts R & R'd too.
Before dropping your budget on a body kit that will likely lower the value of the car, I'd recommend leaving it 'as-is' for a while. Do all maintenance, get the fluids changed, make sure reliability mods are in place and just learn about the car. You can continue to examine what's available as far as custom in the mean-time and make a more informed decision.

That is exactly what I am going to do for now. I will first invest in window tint and some different wheels....Maybe after a year swap a V8 and add a 99 spec bumper..
