83 gsl. just rebuilt the carb, blew out every hole, jet, everything. made the carb good as new. i have the cables and hoses reconnected, all except one hose, which i cant find where it goes, but havent been able to spend much time looking so far. itll turn, start, then quit. sometimes it blows flames through the carb. i got fuel, spark, and of course, air. but i dont know what else would make it do this.

 

we got it running, had it idling, went and got a tag for it, and now it wont idle. we can keep it running when we keep the rpms up, but wont idle.we've tried adjusting the idle screw and mixture screw, but still fall short. any ideas?
