Hi all so I recently bought a 1990 rx7 GTU and was wondering if I could pass Maryland Emissions with an air pump and catback exhaust? Would it be possible at the moment my rx7 is missing every emission control part. I was thinking of buying/importing the parts from japan as I am having a hard time finding some where I live. I understand that JDM engines and USDM engines are different my question is do JDM emissions control parts fit the USDM engine do JDM engines even have emissions control? One more question do engine harnesses from japan work on USDM rx7? I am in the need of one since the one in my car is not in the best of conditions. Thank you in advance!

 

Jdm doesn't have emissions AFAIK, so your stumped looking for USDM parts

And i highly doubt you'll pass with only those 2, but i guess you never know
