HI Need Help Installing Hayden Electric Fans on a FD

Hello everyone, first off I would like to thank all the posters on here that helped me figure out the rats nest hose job and fuel injector o-ring leak problem. I really learned a lot about what it takes to do those jobs and am proud to say that with my mediocre mechanic skills i was able to complete both jobs so thank you very much.

So now one of my oem fans completely burned out and I bought a pair of 12 inch hayden electrical fans thinking it would be as easy as hooking up just two wires like i did on my nissan. I never mess with the electrical aspect of the car as i have blown a few things on other cars by wiring things wrong. So seeing as how the original fans have 4 wires, yellow, grn, blue and blk, i have no idea how to hook up the fans to get them to come on. I run the ac all the time except when its a cold night but its usually always warm here in hawaii. This is probably very easy for the gurus but my friend who did my electrical things moved to another island. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

How many wires do the new fans have on them? Fans should have come with wiring diagram or something no? If not try to find one online or ask the person you bought them from.

If the Hayden fan has 2 wires and the FD fans have 4,it should be fairly easy.
Take a ohm-meter and check for continuity to each fan,by putting a meter lead on the fan wire and then on the "other side" of the connector.
That should establish what wires go to what fan.
Then you can use the stock connector and cut it from the old fans and wire in the new ones.
