Talking Need help with hazards

Just bought a 1984 rx7 gsl, everything runs the and works good when I first bought it the horn brake lights and dash lights didn't work but it was just bad fuses, but the hazard don't worknow, when ever I stick a fuse in the fuse box for my hazard it's shocks and shorts the fuse, I need to locate the Hazzard relay and so I was wondering where it was and if that would even be the problem.

You've got a short somewhere, it could be the relay, could be your wiring has rubbed through and is shorting out on the body or inside your wiring loom on itself. Get a volt meter if you don't have one to help check your relay when you find it and to check for continuity to ground on your hot wire when your battery is disconnected.
