need help for backfire issue when turning of the car

Whenever i drive and for at least 15 minute, when i turn off the car, there like a shotgun explosion happening in the muffler. I currently have as assumption from checking older treads, the i could be exaust leak (probably not execpt if another appered) a vaccum leak (i will link a photo of the vaccum leak), possibly the dash pot (saw in old tread could be it) and also the idle can be lowerd less than 1100 rpm. any tips would help as i have no clue what im looking at.

thanks rx7 communoty
this is the vaccum leak, can add more picture, but i dont know where it goes and cant find in owner manuel.

What year is your car? Does it still have its emission equipment? (rats nest, air pump, air control valve)
