Need 48 ida 6 port advice.

Hello all. I have been a member for a few years. I will be posting my build thread soon. I have been working on my car on and off for 2 years. I was finally able to build my gsl-se 13b 6 port large street port motor. For my 82 gsl swap. I bought my fuel pump, racing beat 6 port ida intake, oil lines and a few other bits

My main questions are...

1. were is the best place to drill and tap the 6 port ida intake for my brake booster.
It dose not have any of the raised spots like others I have seen.

2. I cant find the best starting jets,e tubes, venturis for a 6 port large street port. I'll I am able to find is lots of 4 port data. my webber 48 is stock jetting

main air 120
main fuel 135
idle 70
e tubes f7
venturis 37 I read so many mixed posts about using 40 or bigger but then some using 38s without the off idle stubble.

1. as long as you choose somewhere thick enough and near enough to the line at the firewall, i think's all you need to do. it's a bit daunting, but ,,,

2. use whatever data/guide you find for a 13B because neither the engine or carburetor care about how many ports it has. even if it requires tweaking, it should be well within the ballpark.

Thanks for the advice I'm not afraid of drilling and taping the intake. I'm a professional technician at honda motor company. I just wanted to see how others were going about it. So it dose not look out of place. If anyone had a pic that would be great.

you usually tap them on the side like a stock intake or on one of the casting circles. usually the rear intake runner..... as far as jetting, there are a few guys that can give you a "base" Siranko here being one of them. Nick at Fast Freddy in Cali can give you advice and sell you jets based on your needs....

Air jets 120
main jets around 200
idle 65 f 10
em tubes f2 or f 11
chokes 40 mm
Needle n seat 3mm
that should be pretty close
