TX n/a to tll, or rebuild tll

hey, i just bought a running a/t, n/a 1988 rx7, it runs a little rough right now, but is driveable. wanting to do a turbo swap. i did a major tune up, still not perfect, but i was wondering; to be better off with the swap, do i need to sell it and get the 5 speed n/a and do it with that? is having a a/t rx7 more of a pain in the *** to swap? im on a very tight budget right this second, so probably buying a tll of craigslist is going to be too pricey. thanks for the input.

it can be expensive but it's really worth the money. however there's nothing wrong with a good na set up. I think you should just start putting parts on and saving for a rebuild, go one part at a time and have fun with it!!
