Mystery cable - 85 rx7 gsl

Hi,

I am rebuilding an 85 rx7 gsl, and this forum has been a great help.

I have a mystery cable and connector on the driver underside that is part of the same wire bundle as the transmission sensors (like the backup sensor). The connector is as shown and connects to a blue wire with white stripe.

I have read through the forums and the manuals and the closest wire I can find would be the fuel relay, but that is not suppose to be in this area.

What is the cable, and where does it connect?

Thanks.

It looks like it should go on the starter (the diameter of the hole is for a 10mm post), but the starter isn't happy when I put it on.

@Ghooble: Did you end up putting the cable onto one of your starter posts? If so, which one?

Thanks
