FL my windows :(

does anyone know of any guides on how to put a window motor and regulator on a 88 vert rx7

I don't know of any guides, but it's fairly straight forward.

1) Remove door panel
2) Unbolt/remove the window and remove the plastic stops
3) Unplug window motor
4) Unbolt regulator/track
5) Remove the regulator/track/motor assembly through opening in door
6) Reverse steps for installing the new one

I don't even think you have to take out the regulators just the motors with 3 screws.

No, the whole thing has to be changed. Verts use a cable system, and if you open the motors and unwind it, you'll never get it back in properly. Mazda sells the whole regulator/motor assembly as one part.
