My FCs got some problems, and i got questions
I'm new to Rotary yes, but i learn quick. Upon the purches of my FC i noticed an after market intke install, also the hose that connects from the stock intake to the air pump just hanging there. I know random disconnected hoses are bad, but also the belt to the air pump was removed, is it ok to remove the air pump completely if so what about where the hose connected to the back of the air pump, i was told its for emissions and not nessicary and to close it up with a freeze plug but that kinda worries me. can anyone offer help please?

Do you still have cats? If so, then the airpump needs to stay and a small filter should be added to the air pump inlet.
If you don't have cats, then you can remove the air pump. You'll need to remove and block off the ACV, as well as upgrade the alternator to a duel belt pully so the water pump doesn't slip.

i think it does still have the cats, but couldn't i just take that off also, if it isnt needed. it seems that upgrading the alternator to a duel belt pully would and removing the cats and air pump would be a better idea.
