Missing wire connectors for Tach?

I just bought my first RX-7, and the car is mostly stock but has definitely been messed with. Engine runs decently, but I have no Tach signal (and assume no speedometer.. haven't driven it yet). There are two wire connectors over the brake booster which I assume go to the dashboard, but I have no idea how they get to the ECU. Is there a length of wires missing that these should plug into?
New to the RX-7 but not rotary engines. Appreciate any advice!

why would you make such an assumption? based on what would you come to such a conclusion?

those 2 connectors are for cruise control and the map sensor. the car has/had a gm 3 bar. i can see the plug for it peeking under the vacuum line. that would be why its not plugged in. although typically a jumper would go in there when upgrading to a 3 bar. there looks to be a jungle of wires back there so i can't say what's going on there.

Bad assumption, just saw they went into the firewall. Haven't gotten too far into it, just trying to figure out what is missing. Appreciate the advice, seems like more is missing than I expected ☠️

I'm assuming this is for an FD, based on your new member intro thread, correct? If so, that 4 terminal connector looks like the cruise control unit, and the 3 pin one looks like its for the OEM MAP sensor. Which begs the question, what kind of ECU is the car running on? Sorting out the wiring on that thing is going to be fun.

^I can also see some of that weather pack connector peeking out under the brake booster vacuum line, but while a GM 3 bar sensor is a solid guess, I can't see enough in that picture to confidently come to the same conclusion (i.e., # of terminals, etc) - that connector could be for god knows what. Agree this guy has a wiring jungle to sort out on this FD.
