Missing belt on air compressor?

Hey guys. I just recently bought my first rx7 (1990 fc3s) and I'm in the process of getting it inspected for JCI. I got my car back and I was told that the missing belt on the air compressor pulley would fail my car. I looked more at my engine and I have no clue where the belt would go. I'm completely stumped on what the previous owner did. I have some photos of the engine. Has anyone had this issue before? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Missing belt is the pulley on the left

The ribbed pulleys are not stock.
They are usually V belt pulleys.
One V belt pulley on the alternator along with a 2 belt pulley on the waterpump and main crank pulley.

THANK YOU. I've been searching this forum for answers and I haven't gotten a definitive one until now. Any real guidance on where I could order said parts?

ya your going to need a different main pulley, water pump pulley, and pulley for the alternator

best way you can is get your posts up and post a WTB, ebay, or if your lucky some boneyards around you will have the parts
