Misfire diagnostic

In the last few months I have noticed that my car would misfire every so often, now it seems to be doing it on a regular basis. I have no idea where I should begin to correct this. I started with replacing the plugs since I have done that when I bought it a year ago. I also have new wires on the way, but after those I don't know where to go. I could take it to a local place, but of course they are very over priced.

1993 FD, Guys.
Future inquiries should include your Car series, and mods if any, Media Dude.Ok?
...have you tried another set of plugs and are you premixing your fuel by any chance?

Sorry guys, I realized I didn't add any info on my car when I sent it off. It's all stock accept an HKS intake, aluminum AST, and a boost/temp gauge. I did try another set of plugs, but no difference and I don't premix since the car is so close to stock. Is that something I should be doing anyway though?
