megasquirt vs piggyback

which is better(cost, install and benefits ) megasquirt or piggyback . i like the idea of a standalone but i want to get my car running asap the piggyback sys can be bought and installed in a few weeks . the m/s on the other hand will take at least a month to build and test then another couple weeks to install and tweak. if i choose the m/s is there a place i can buy a kit to build?

Megasquirt takes some serious time and dedication to work with, as well as a pretty good basic understanding of EFI systems.

You can get MS kits from www.diyautotune.com

Also check out: www.megasquirt.info , www.msefi.com , and our Megasquirt sub-section: https://www.rx7club.com/megasquirt-forum-153/
