I have an old OEM Mazda compression tester (Kowa) that I used rarely for my private use, unfortunately it stopped working after sitting on shelf for 10 years (no need to use it). Does any one have schematic or any documentation so I can checked it.

I've never seen a schematic pop up. You may want to contact Steve at www.rotarycompressiontester.com and see if maybe he can repair it or assist you in finding the proper schematic for it.
