CA low compression

i have a 93 13b single turbo with 14.9 psi boost. the front rotor has 100psi and the rear has 40psi. How bad will it be if i keep driving it until i get a new motor

If it's a bad apex seal, you probably already shredded your turbo and trashed your rear housings. I would park it just in case it's not. Further driving can only make a bad situation worse.
