Thumbs down Loss of power after adding oil?

I have a 1987 FC stock everything. I have an oil leak so I frequently have to top off the oil. But every time I add oil --I **** you not-- lose well over half of my power. I'm completely stumped. Does anyone know what's going on?

Hmm.
I wonder If you stopped the oil leak, then you wouldn't have to add oil,so you wouldn't lose power!
I Dunno!..it's a weird thing..you sure you bought the car local and not Transylvania?..(possessed??)
