Location of heater mixer flap in FD3S?

All the ***** that control my AC work fine except for the temperature control. When the ignition is in Accessory position, I can hear a little motor run when I change the air flow position and when u toggle between vented and and recirculation. However, I do not hear any noise when turning the temperature ****. I am 100% sure the heater core is not clogged.

I looked under the drivers side dash (left hand drive) and every part movies when changing the air flow direction. I can't find any "still" or non moving parts that would be responsible for the air temperature mixture. Is that located on the passenger side? Could someone provide me with a diagram pointing it out?

I've never had issues with mine or been quite that deep under the dash. But I think what you're looking for will be in Section 'G' of the Body and Electrical Troubleshooting Manual here ---> http://www.wright-here.net/files/man..._tshooting.pdf

All of the various FSMs can be found in the 3rd. Gen. Section FAQ sticky under 'F'. Good luck. Post up when you get a solution.

Thank you for the link! It is exactly what I was looking for. I found that the plug connecting to the Actuator is loose. Now I need to figure out how to keep it tight so it can receive its signal.
