FL Likely cause for coolant leak under FC secondary injectors?

So I pulled my UIM to do a complete fuel system maintenance cycle and see a pool of nasty green goo filling every available void under the secondary injector rail. When my heart started again, I ran through all the likely causes and would like to rule out terminal causes if possible. Can a blown coolant seal cause this type of behavior?

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks in advance,

Matt

freezeplug might be leaking from the top of the intake manifold gasket that meets the engine. Replace the intake manifold gasket and you might fix your problem.
