VA lightweight rotor swap??

We sold an rx-7 maybe six months ago and the man that came here to buy it claimed the second gen has lighter rotors in it. also he told me that they would swap directly into my first gen 12a. i was just wondering if anyone has tried this swap or even knows if its a possible snenario. i would really appreciate some insight on this matter, thank you!!

13B rotors will not work with a 12A engine.

10a(left) 12a(center) 13b/20b(right) rotors the difference is obvious in the size hope this answers your question why you cant use the 12a rotors in a 13b
