Leaking windows!
Hello.
Please - I really need help!!Leaking windows on my'88 RX7 Convertible. Had the car totally painted - returned with major water problems!!And, wet seats!!!
1. Driver's side - top of the rubber drain(catcher) is full of water and overflows and drenches the seat - left side + backside! Bottom of door - 2 fingers can fit in space between the door to the bottom of the body. Was never like this before.
2. Passenger side - top of window -left side (looking into seat) is strong..mid section moving forward to the windshield is flexible. Can see the top of the window.
I have exhausted all avenues - returned to original auto body(2x's); auto glass specialists; dealer; mechanic; and, other auto body painters.
Have you ever encountered this type of water problem?
If you can help me - I thank you in advance for your recommendations, solutions, etc. Once I get your input, I have a new auto mechanic to review your ideas and get this situation resolved for me. Rain with snow on the way...I really need help.
Thank you! As I love my car so much!It is my pride and joy!!
Most Sincerely,
Monica
