Large street port + Small Single?

Large street port + Small Single?
First of all, I realize this is backwards and the stock ports flow plenty for running a small single. But the car already had a fairly heavy street port when I bought it and is running a To4b super V trim .96a/r turbo in it. I'll be setting it up for ~350whp until I move to a larger single.
So what I'd like to know is ... how will the large street port affect having a small single. Will it spool up faster / slower, flow more (a bit more power at the same boost?) Its not really a matter of its a waste of money since its already ported.
Just wondering if anyones run something similar?
