Knocking After Replacing Brakes??

So just last week I replaced my front brakes with new rotors, calipers and pads. A day after replacing them I noticed there was some brake rattle coming from the driver side front and a single "click" when I apply the brakes. Now today I noticed a consistent knocking only when I turn right. The knocking and click can be felt from the brake pedal. I have a 91 FC NA with 4-piston calipers.

Any ideas of what is going on? I was thinking I might just need to get new brake hardware/shims to fix the brake rattle and single "click" but now that I'm getting a knocking while turning right I'm not too sure what would cause that.

Take the wheel off and inspect it.
The rotor may be off the hub a touch,or your caliper bolts could be loose.
Really just guesses without actually going back and looking at what you did to it.

It's probably the pads moving around in the caliper. Did they have backing plates of any sort that you may have forgotten to install?
