im really interested in modding my bumper to make it look like the one below.
my question is is that a body kit, or did he cut the bumper to make it look like that.
if its an aftermarket bumper does anyone know the name of it?

 

I'd say it is cut.Looks like a s5 front bumper.Love the tape on the hood though...

that's an s5 bumper with an aftermarket lip, the headlight cutout is not oem, someone cut them.

 

well i just cut mine today. i love the look of this. just need a lip and some paint and it will look great
