Key problem
I recently started working on a 1981 Rx7 that my grandparents had let sit in a garage for the past 15 years. I've hit a roadblock early in that my key wont reliable turn in the ignition. I've gotten it to turn once or twice, but not very often. I think there may be a problem with the clutch. Any suggestions?

If the key itself won't turn in the ignition, then you might need a new key for it. Best bet is to take the vin# and a copy of your title to the Dealership, and they should be able to cut a new key for you based on that. If you try to make a copy from the key that you currently have, then it will be exactly the same (worn down) and have the same issues.
Put the battery on a charger and make sure you have a full charge before trying to start it. If you do get it started, get a can of Seafoam into the gas tank and that will help clean things up internally.
Good luck...
