Just looking for opinions on which way to go (Fd roller)

Just bought a 94 FD, with no motor and probably a lot of small stuff missing in the engine bay also. Looking for a good starting point. Should I buy a front clip, or just a used motor, or start with a rebuild and find the parts. Lots of options hard to decide what will be the cheaper route and the right route to go. Would like to hear some advice

Hey Bro, if you going to "cross breed"....try an SR20det....fits like a glove and less work than ls or 2j

Front clips are nice, and any parts left over you can resell. That way you'll have everything you need, as long as it's all in good condition. It might make more financial sense in the long run to just do the front clip. I personally wouldn't have anything but a rotary in an rx7 though, but that's my preference.
