OK Just a few questions.

As I have mentioned in the introduction, I'm new to the rotary game. I'll use this to ask my newbie questions. But first,

For those of you that haven't seen my baby. Got her from SUiSLiDe.
Now for my first question... I'm currently making my parts list and have noticed that a lot of light weight flywheels come with new rear counterweights. Is the counterweight something that should be replaced with a lightened flywheel?

No, rear counterweights don't need to replaced. Aftermarket kits can come with them because the only place you can find an OEM one is from a car with an automatic transmission. Flywheels from cars with manual transmission have integrated rear counterweights.
