How did you spray the cleaner in?

If you removed the small air bypass hose that goes into the side of the main T/Body hose then it might not be seated correctly and will cause a vacuum leak. If you removed the 2 nuts that secure the hose to the T/body and did not tighten them all them way when you reinstalled that would cause a vacuum leak. Also the Long t/body ducting/hose is a 2 piece unit and sometimes when you move it around they halves will separate if the clamp that connects them was not fully seated.

The cleaner it's self would have no effect on your sympton of poor running or MPG.
