Seeing you are Canadian you could look at the Top of the CDN SECTION for shops that would do a rebuild..There is a good shop in Calgary (Rx7 Specialties..Adam).
A couple guys in ONT are also into rebuilding rotaries..(Rx Tuning and Performance..Facebook)
