jacking up engine s5 mounts

Hello, I need to remove my engine mounts cross member and steering rack.

I have already broke free all the bolts and removed snapped engine mount and cutloose all warped bolts.

car sits: Steering rack detached from x member, smaller left side engine mount attached to block and cross member.

Want to: Jack up my S5 TII off the oil pan with floor jack/wood while supporting the transmission with blocks all the way up.

Remove last engine mount then cross member, then steering rack from coloumn then replace all and lower.

Is their anything? That I should be loosening or watching out for?

From what I think is required is: simply floor jack and peice of wood on oil pan I know im missing something? Could someone give me simple walkthough steps.
