My dash where it tells you when your E-brake is on and your clock doesn't work, when my E-brake is on it lights up but everything else on it doesn't work I have a 1986 fc rx7. Also I got a blue-tooth deck installed and every time I turn my car on and off it restarts is there any way to fix these problems please help.

 

The "idiot lights" only work when they have to.If you have your e-brake on,then it shows.
No other lights are supposed to show when you are running.If all lights Show at once then you have a alternator problem or broken belt.
Now,if the clock is off and on,then it is most likely solder joints in the cluster itself.They are known to have bad solder joints.
Your Stereo: the Memory wire has to go to 12volts constant( Battery) to retain memory.If that is hooked up to Switched 12 voltts,then every time you shut off the car your stereo will not retain any stations.etc and start out "fresh".
By moving the Memory wire(or batt wire) to 12 volts Like directly hooking to to the battery,then it will fix that problem.
