Bolt on: yes.

Match the ports in any way, shape or form: no.

4-port manifolds are obviously not going to work with 6-port engines. There are custom routes that can be taken to adapt TII manifolds by porting, cutting, welding, etc... A member named Japan2LA sells manifolds for this purpose.
