Autoxr13

The instrument cluster on my 3rd gen failed after some time in storage. I checked all fuses but none were bad. I found instructions to replace capacitors, replaced the only one that was obviously bad but still no luck. Is there some to test capacitors or other components. While the instruments were out I was able to borrow another set which worked fine, so it is definitely the gauges. Anyone have any ideas?
