injector power

i now that the injectors power on a s4 is through the main relay, to resistors, to injector
how much amps is coming out of the relay? how much resistance from the resistors?

how are the injectors powered on 88 and later 7's ?

what is there amp range?

what does the resistor do that the other sieres dont need?

Those are a lot of random questions, so it may help to simply tell us what you are doing rather then ask the specific questions because a few of them don't make sense electrically.

I don't know how to answer the amperage question because electrically it doesn't make sense. Current draw is related to the circuit being powered, not the relay supplying that power.

I believe the resistors are around 10 Ohm each. There is one resistor per injector. One side of the resistors is fed via the black/yellow from the main relay, the other side connects to the injector. The ECU uses a switched ground to trigger the injectors.

87.5 and greater use high impedance injectors, so no need for the resistors.

what i would like to do is run 2 13 ohm injectors off one (injection)circut

stock ecu

the goal is to use 2 smaller injectors for better atomzation(i cant spell)
