I am trying to find out about how to finely tune my turbo II vehicle with the microtech LT10s. How much can I tune and what are my limitations?
Not sure what you mean but your main limitations are going to be knowledge and measurement (AFR, EGT etc)
What exactly are you trying to tune? Do you have a base map? Have you spent anytime researching in the Microtech sub forum?

microtech issues
i have a turbo II with a T72 turbo running 650cc and 1600cc injectors, 255 lpm fuel pump, street ported, 3mm apex seals, 3" racingbeat exhaust, fmic.

Start by reading the manual, which you can get from the Microtech site. 
But if you don't have experience in tuning, I'd suggest you look for the guidance of an experienced tuner.
