I'm deleting my Cruise control.

I'm using the instructions from here: http://www.aaroncake.net/rx-7/cruise.htm

What's that arrow pointing at the charcoal canister? I'm kind of confused on what do I have to do here.

Why are you removing it?

The arrow is pointing to the cruise control actuator, tucked behind the charcoal canister. Your TII actuator is more square because it is a stepper motor and not vacuum run like the NA shown.

Thank you so much Aaron Cake for pointing that out.
I'm taking it out because I never liked using cruise control at all. And, I don't think I regret taking it off. I'll keep the stuff just in case someone else wants it from me.

You'll definitely be able to sell the cruise stuff because others will buy it to add to cars not equipped.

Sounds like it. There are instructions for vacuum testing the cruise actuator in the FSM.
