IGNITION : Delphi DS10035
Hello,
I'm reading and thinking to convert to DLIDFIS as Jeff20bs did.
I found on ebay some Delphi DS10035 ignitor module who seems to be the exactly same thing than our j109.
I'm just missing one j109 to do the conversion, so I'm asking if that DS10035 will work for the trailing igniton. It's written for 85 but I'm looking to the picture and it's seems a perfectly fit.
Thanks

welcome to the board.
well, i took a look at it and all i can say is the photo "looks" right. i would love to tell you to pursue some hard data on it, but i honestly don't know what to tell you to be looking for because i'm not that savvy.
as long as it IS what they advertised, then it will work for what you want to do. if you don't mind being what appears to be the guinea pig in this case, then get one and see how well it works. this could be a pretty great find for us "First Genners". either way, thanks for posting it.

I think I will try it. Yeah, it's not cheap for "a try" but at least, we will know. For sure I will let the first genners know! For what I checked, nobody seems to know something about the DS10035.

DLIDFIS : Delphi DS10035 Ignitors
Hello folks,
I just want to let you know I bought an brand new ignitor on ebay called Delphi DS10035 for around 95$. When I received it, I opened the Delphi box and it was a brand new J109 in. Just to let you know about that found.
It could be a alternative for first genners for DLIDFIS conversion or ignition restoration.
