Idles rough compression good back fires on touch of throttle

Hi everybody I'm Warren from Malta I'm a big rotary fan but I got a problem with my fd suddenly and I can't figure out whats wrong. Car idles rough and back fires and pops on touch of throttle. I explain my mods. Single turbo setup stock primary injectors and 1680 secondary apexi ecu pro speed fuel pressure regulator. Car was working fine after anhour went to start fired right away but idles rough and back firing. Did compression test. Results front rotor 95 95 90 back rotor 100 93 90 so compression good. I have noticed that when engine is running and I pull my front primary injector engine stays running the same when I plug the front primary connecter and pull the one on the back rotor engine stalls . Is that normal? Thanks for any help.

Check that your MAP sensor vacuum line is secured on each end and has no cracks or holes.

I tried the map sensor everything secured and when I unplugged it engine stalls so I assume it working good. Any more ideas when can be wrong as it's driving me crazy.
