NJ I Dont Even know

so there are these two covers on the b pillar behind the seats and when i popped them open it had an allen key bolt and a wire. on the inside of the cap it read fc01 so im assuming that the wires have something to do with the flasher cpu but i dont know. the wires are disconnected so i dont want to plug them back in unless i know what they are so help me out

WELL the Allen key is actually the motor for the auto seatbelts and the wire was to connect them just as ibthought. The reason for the Allen key is incase the motor stops working you can movr thr seatbelt to a set position and its a 89 GTUs.
