How to wire BAC

Need help wiring my bac on an 89 gxl, anyone know the step by step?

What needs to be wired about it? Plug in the connector...

From: tulsa,ok.
Pin 3Q has a Blue/Green wire that runs to one terminal and the other terminal is powered by the Black/White wire of the Emission harness which powers all of the Emission Solenoids.

The reason it needs wiring is cause it does nothing when plugged in, so I'm going to require it cause I couldn't find a short or burned wire anywhere

Did you test it as suggested for if it doesn't click then rewiring will be of no help. Also, you would want to test pin 3Q and compare the results according to spec.
