How much would it cost to just replace the soft seals?
I don't have the money for a full rebuild and I can't find a cheap engine to throw in to last me until I do.
So is it possible to just replace all the soft seals which have gone bad if the rotors and housing aren't damaged too badly ?
And how much would this cost? I'd do it myself of course.

Okay; thanks. I've tried to find a rough estimate elsewhere but most people just tell me that I should rebuild it all. They don't understand that my fc is my daily driver and I need it..... NEED IT.

Well, you SHOULD do everything at once. Because the soft seals/springs should be replaced every time you crack it open. But if you can't do it you can't do it.
Make sure all your seals go back into the same position they came from, and check all your seals to make sure they are within tolerance.

Think about how annoying it will be to pull the engine, disassemble, clean, replace soft seals, reassemble, reinstall in the car only to lose a seal 3 weeks later.
If the engine is worn to the point where you need to replace internal soft seals, then that means that at the very least, the apex seals need to be replaced. They are the main wear item on the engine. Not replacing them is like rebuilding a piston engine and reusing piston rings.
It costs half as much to do a job properly once as it does to do it improperly twice.
