How much whp for n/a axles?

Looking to swap 1j, would it be smart to swap to Turbo 2 diff and axles for stock 1j power?

87-88 S4 T2 LSD is the strongest. Can take anything you throw at it ....

"Anything you throw at it" isn't quite correct. With 400+ HP and a drag launch, it's not that hard to break the stub shaft.

The axles are very strong. Never seen one break.
