How do you set up timing on a SA/FB.

Yeap, what the title says. How do you set up timing on a rotary engine? More specific Im putting a new motor in and wanted to set the timing before I started it. Once started and everthing is running how do you set the timing for leading and trailing. Looked in the first gen FAQ and couldn't find it.
Thanks in advance
Ricky

Anybody have any ideas? Or even a a manual recommendation that I can go read up on it myself. That would be helpful as well.
Thanks
Ricky
